Refund Policy

1. Returned Merchandise – Please follow all instructions below when returning merchandise:

a. The customer is responsible to pay shipping costs on all returned items.
b. Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
c. Items must be in “like new” condition.
d. Items not in “like new” condition will be subject to a restocking fee of 30% or more depending on the state of the item returned.
e. A copy of your original invoice is required.
f. If you are unable to supply a copy of your invoice, please call and we may be able to get you a new copy.
g. We are unable to take any returns on items purchased directly through Amazon.com or any other 3rd party.
h. We are unable to accept returns or refunds on any hazardous materials, opened food products, opened Cosmetics products, and live bees including but not excluding Queens, Nucs, and Package bees. CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RISKS OF LOSING THEIR BEES ONCE THE BEES ARE PICKED UP OR SHIPPED
i. All nucs are sold based on frame coverage not weight.
j. NO REFUNDS OF DEPOSITS will be issued on orders of any live bee products canceled or changed within 72 hours of the agreed pickup date and time. All Nucs and Packages that are cancelled or changed before that are subject to a $20 change or cancellation fee after the deposit has been processed.       

 AnythingBees,LLC is not responsible for items being returned to us which are lost or damaged. Please keep a copy of your tracking information, and it is recommended you include shipping insurance when returning items to AnythingBees,LLC.                                                                                                      k. AnythingBees, LLC does guarantee that your bees will arrive alive with a laying queen, however, we do not guarantee that you will be able to successfully establish a colony or “hive” with the package. You agree that you will not attempt to hold us responsible for whatever may happen to your package after it is delivered, or for the survival or productivity of the hive that you establish from the package. We will not refund any money for package bees that do not survive.

l. All orders over $500 are considered custom orders and all orders are final. No refunds will be issued. Please make sure to order samples to insure there is no problems as time is of the essence.  

m. NO REFUNDS OF ALL DEPOSITS will be issued on orders that have not been picked up or shipped within in 90 days of the deposit date as time is of the essence.  

n. ORDER FORFITURE : Buyer's agree all custom orders will be forfeited to the seller if they have not not been given instructions to ship the goods to the buyer within 90 days. The goods must depart the sellers possession within the 90 days or the order will be forfeited as buyer agrees its a burden to the seller to retain inventory indefinitely beyond the 90 days as time is of the essence.  

 

PACKAGE BEES - SHIPPED

AnythingBees, LLC make's every attempt to ship your package bees on the scheduled date. The production of package bees and queens is dependent upon factors which lie outside our control, including weather patterns. As a result, AnythingBees, LLC may need to rearrange scheduled dates or make other accommodations.  Any listed dates are tentative and are subject to change.

AnythingBees, LLC will provide notification to you via email, and/or phone call regarding shipments and will provide a UPS tracking number once your bees have shipped. AnythingBees, LLC does guarantee that your bees will arrive alive with a laying queen, however, we do not guarantee that you will be able to successfully establish a colony or “hive” with the package. You agree that you will not attempt to hold us responsible for whatever may happen to your package after it is delivered, or for the survival or productivity of the hive that you establish from the package. We will not refund any money for package bees that do not survive.

Package bees are shipped via UPS directly to the selected shipping address. Shipped package bees are guaranteed to not have more than 1.5” of dead bees (when spread evenly across the bottom of the package) upon delivery. You agree that you will not refuse your order if it arrives in poor condition. If shipment is refused, a refund will not be issued. If shipment arrives with all or nearly all of the bees dead or package is damaged (with more than 1.5” of dead bees spread evenly across the bottom), you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt or the guarantee is void.

In order for a claim to be filed with UPS and the customer to receive a refund, we require that an email with an attached photo of the package showing more than 1.5 inches of dead bees on the bottom of the package.

2. Exchanges-
a. AnythingBees,LLC is unable to accept exchanges of its products except when AnythingBees,LLC is shipping another product to you as replacement for damaged or incorrect product. AnythingBees,LLC requires the damaged or incorrect item be returned to AnythingBees,LLC. The full price of any items not returned within 15 days of the receipt of your replacement order will be charged to your credit card that was used on your original purchase. These charges will not be refunded until we receive your return.
b. AnythingBees,LLC is exempted from providing exchanges or refunds on any hazardous materials, food products, Cosmetics, and live bees including but not excluding Queens, Nucs, and Package bees at its discretion.
